In our view CEE region - and Poland especially - is attractive market for capital allocation and business expansion. The driving forces behind aforementioned attractiveness are the size of domestic market demand and steadily growing purchasing power of society.
Therefore, we offer foreign investors a complex assistance at entrance into the CEE market. Our support ranges from advising/acting on behalf in investment activity to business development of investors’ portfolio companies operations in Poland & the rest of CEE.
Interim CFO
Using our competences and experience in acting as CEOs, COOs, CFOs as well as investor in multiple companies, we provide a services of Interim CFO. We thrive in financial restructuring, turnaround, optimizing operations and processes, adjusting business models. We believe that in the reality of small and medium enterprises, the role of interim CFO can decrease the risk of failure, especially if there is external equity/debt financing involved.
Additionally, we provide regular accounting bureau services for our clients, while maintaining strong business focus and analytical approach to the output information the accounts provide.
International expansion
We support polish companies in international expansion by assessing the attractiveness of particular markets, identifying local partners, as well as advising on the market entrance strategy, budgeting & controlling. If necessary, we also advise the company on raising funds needed to expand abroad.
